What information is most helpful?
Gym name and place (city and state) is enough to get started. Extra details below help us find and verify the listing faster.
- Gym name and brand (if it's part of a chain)
- City and state (full street address if you have it)
- Sauna details (dry sauna, steam room, infrared sauna, cold plunge, or other heat/cold amenities)
- Official website or booking page
- Any supporting links (photos, social media, or videos) that confirm the amenities

Found a gym with a sauna that's missing here, or spotted an out-of-date listing? Send us the gym name and place—more detail helps if you have it. Spot something wrong? Tell us if the name, address, or website is incorrect, or if sauna/amenities look outdated or missing.

- We manually review each suggestion and verify the sauna and amenity details. We usually do this within about 24 hours and update the listing when we can confirm the details.
- If everything checks out, we'll add the gym or update its listing in our directory.
- We don't always send a confirmation email; a live listing update is the main signal that we acted on it. If we need more information, we'll follow up at the address you wrote from.
- If nothing has changed after about three days, feel free to resend once with the same details (sometimes messages don't get through).
- In some cases we may not be able to list every gym, but your suggestion still helps us understand the sauna landscape better.
