Guide to Saunas and Cold Plunges in Gyms
Cold plunges are often paired with saunas for contrast therapy. These are the gyms that list both at the same club: a cold plunge plus a dry or infrared sauna.

What this page counts
A club on this list has a cold plunge and a dry sauna and/or an infrared sauna. A plunge without either sauna does not qualify.
Many members use this setup for hot-cold contrast: heat in the sauna, then a short cold immersion. Clubs place plunges near saunas for that reason, but not every plunge listing includes a sauna.
How contrast sessions work
People usually sit in a dry or infrared sauna, then move to the cold plunge for a brief immersion. Water is often in the 40°F–60°F range depending on the club. Stays in the plunge are short; many people alternate a few rounds.
For plunge-only coverage, see Cold Plunge. For sauna types without a plunge filter, start from Dry Sauna or Infrared Sauna.
What to look for at a gym
Confirm the listing shows cold plunge plus dry sauna or infrared sauna on the same club. Check temperature, session rules, and whether both are included in your membership.
