- The full address (street, city, state, and ZIP)
- A link to your official website or booking page, and optionally the specific page that shows sauna or heat/cold amenities
- A work email where we can reach you (owner, manager, or corporate contact is ideal)
- Details about your sauna and recovery options (dry sauna, steam room, infrared sauna, cold plunge, etc.)
- If you're asking us to update or remove an existing listing, a link to that listing on gymswithsauna.com

To verify your sauna listing, correct details, or send us updated information, send us a quick note with your gym name, address, and sauna details.
Use your work email if possible so we can quickly confirm you're affiliated with the gym.
