Amped Fitness Sauna Availability
All 36 clubs we checked have a dry sauna (100%). 16 locations (44%) also offer an infrared sauna. Dry sauna access is included on all tiers; infrared requires Revamped or Signature at those clubs. There are no steam rooms.
How to verify that your club has a sauna

Navigate to the Amped Fitness website and check the "Features" tab on your specific club page. Look for "Sauna" or "Recovery" labels.

Search for "sauna" within the review section of your local club on Google Maps to find member photos and operational status updates.

The most reliable method. Call the front desk to confirm the sauna is currently functional and not closed for maintenance.
